What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. The site is static pages served by Cloudflare. We run no advertising tag and no embedded social widget, we set and read no cookies and no browser storage, and nothing here asks for your name, your email or an account.
One measurement script does load, and this page said otherwise until today. Cloudflare Web Analytics
(static.cloudflareinsights.com) is switched on for this domain and Cloudflare inserts its
script into each page as it is served. It counts page views, referrers, countries and browser types in
aggregate. It uses no cookies, no localStorage and no fingerprinting, and it builds no
profile and no identifier that follows you between pages or visits — that is
the product's stated design, not
a claim this site can verify from the inside.
Corrected 2026-10-10. This section read "we run no analytics script" while that script was loading on every page. The script is not in this site's source code or in its built output — Cloudflare injects it at the edge from a dashboard setting — which is how it went unnoticed, and is not an excuse: what matters is what reaches a reader's browser, and nobody had checked a served page against this policy. It was found while investigating something unrelated. This is the second time in five weeks that this page has claimed less tracking than the site performed; the first was the advertising script below. Both are recorded rather than quietly edited.
What our host records
Cloudflare, which serves the site, keeps aggregate traffic statistics for the domain: request counts by path, country and browser type, and bot classifications. We read those aggregates to see which pages are used. They are not tied to a person, and we have no access to individual visitors' addresses through them. Cloudflare's own handling of request logs is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The tools
The calculators send the tickers and weights you type to a function on our host to compute a result, and return it. The request is not stored, logged to a database, or associated with you. If you close the page, it is gone.
Typefaces
Pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser requests those files from Google, which therefore receives your IP address and browser details for that request, under Google's privacy policy.
Advertising
There is none, and no advertising script loads. ads.txt remains in place — it is a text file naming who would be authorised to sell advertising here, it is never read by your browser, and it does nothing while no advertising runs.
Corrected 2026-09-28. From 2026-09-06 until today every page loaded Google's AdSense script while this page said the site carried no advertising and set no cookies. Those sentences were wrong for three weeks. The script has now been removed — the AdSense account had never been connected to this site, so it was showing no advertising and earning nothing — and the claim above is true again. The correction is recorded rather than quietly reverted, because a site that asks to be trusted on its figures has to be trusted here too. If advertising is ever added, this page changes in the same deploy.
Machine readers
The data files and the MCP endpoint require no authentication and record nothing about who fetches them beyond the host statistics above.
